Executive Managing Director

  • Joined Marcus & Millichap in March 2004 following college graduation and has since earned the title of Executive Managing Director and Executive Director of the Multi Housing Division
  • Founded and directs the Silva Braly Multifamily Team in the execution of multifamily investment sales in the Dallas/Fort Worth MSA, which remains the team’s singular focus
  • Has personally completed the successful marketing and sale of over $3 billion in multifamily communities in the Dallas/Fort Worth area totaling 41,000 units
  • Ranked top private client multifamily producer for Marcus & Millichap in the state of Texas and consistently ranked among the top producers companywide
  • Has earned 14 sales achievement awards, 12 consecutive National Achievement Awards, 6 consecutive Chairman’s Club awards and 4 Chairman’s Circle of Excellence Awards (the company’s highest honor)
  • Has earned numerous industry awards, including CoStar and D CEO Power Broker Awards, Connect Media and MHN Magazine Top Broker Awards, Real Estate Forum, Dallas Business Journal, Fort Worth Business Press and several other publications have also recognized Al for outstanding performance in multifamily investment sales
  • Speaks and appears regularly at industry events including NMHC, M&M Multifamily Forums, Old Capital Multifamily Conferences, Bisnow and Connect Media Events and others
  • Earned BBA in Finance from Texas A&M University and graduated December 2003; Remains active in the Texas A&M Association of Former Students
  • Member of Apartment Association of Tarrant County, Christ Chapel Church and Devoted Husband and Proud Father of 3 Children
  • Active in numerous philanthropic organizations and endeavors in the D/FW area including LVT Rise, The Fort Worth Stock Show Syndicate, and several others

Managing Director Investments

  • Joined the Silva Braly Multifamily Team and Marcus & Millichap in June 2013 as part of the Sales Internship Program immediately following earning an economics degree from Texas Tech University
  • Full-service advisor specializing in D/FW multifamily with an emphasis on Dallas County and the HEB submarket
  • Has a unique ability to create and maintain strong relationships but most importantly focuses on understanding the fundamentals of the D/FW market and using that intel to assist clients when it comes to buying, selling, refinancing or holding their assets
  • Has assisted clients in successfully buying or selling over 24,000 multifamily units in D/FW, totaling over $1.3 Billion in consideration
  • Within his first 10 years as a producer, earned 6 Sales Achievement Awards, 5 Gold Sales Achievements Awards and 3 National Achievement Awards, a distinctive honor for the top investment sales agents within Marcus & Millichap
  • Promoted to Managing Director of Investments in 2023 and Director of the Multi Housing Division and ranked as a top 15 producer in Texas across all product types in 2019
  • Recognized as a top producer from numerous industry entities including CoStar, D CEO Power Brokers, Real Estate Forum and Connect Media, among others
  • Married to wife Emily since 2017 and has a son, Cliff, and a daughter, Eleanor; is an avid sports fan and enjoys playing basketball and hiking in his spare time

Craig Feldschneider

Associate

  • Joined the Silva Braly Multifamily team in 2025 after managing Multifamily Investment value add program for BKE Capital
  • Graduated from Texas A&M University in 2006, having earned a Bachelors degree in Finance from The Lowry Mays Business School
  • Has managed Multifamily renovation and value add projects across multiple states and in excess of $25 Million dollars annually. Valuable experience that he uses to advise his clients
  • Enlisted in the United States Army in 2009 and served as a Scout Sniper with The US Army’s Prestigious 101st Airborne Division. He deployed in support of Operation Enduring Freedom, earning two Army Commendation Medals while in Afghanistan. He also holds a Combat Infantryman Badge, Expert Infantryman Badge, along with the NATO, Overseas, and Afghan Campaign Ribbons
  • Craig is a graduate of The US Army Sniper School at Fort Benning, The Special Operations Target Interdiction Course Level 2 with the 5th Special Forces Group at Fort Campbell Kentucky, and The US Army Warrior Leadership Course
  • He is an experienced construction manager, having built over 2000 units of single family housing, and over 4000 units of multifamily housing in his career. Starting his career as a superintendent building multi family housing in College Station Texas while studying at Texas A&M University.
  • Craig is an avid outdoorsman, and an accomplished big game hunter. He enjoys hunting, fishing, and hiking, as well as gardening and woodworking in his spare time
  • He has been married to his wife Naz since 2012, with whom he shares 3 sons, Mason, Brody, and Preston, 2 Labrador Retrievers, and 30+ chickens

Brenna Skinner-Lindsay

Operations Manager - Silva Braly Multifamily Team

  • Joined the Silva Braly Multifamily Team in June 2014 following college graduation
  • Assists with the creation & distribution of marketing materials and the overall marketing process
  • Other focuses include transaction management, financial analysis, team management, market research, and Silva Team branding
  • Obtained TREC Sales Agent License in 2016
  • Previously worked with an apartment data service provider and gained extensive knowledge on apartment data collection & trends
  • Driven professional committed to the success of the Silva Multifamily Team and our clients
  • Earned BBA in Finance with a concentration in Real Estate from Texas Tech University
  • Lives in The Colony with husband James and daughter Blair; enjoys cooking and visiting Las Vegas
