Over during a 12-month period ending February 2018 we completed five transactions totaling nearly 800 units with Al Silva and his team. During this time, he listed and sold one of our Ft. We have worked on a number of Multifamily transactions with Al Silva within the last several years. The first time he listed a property for us I was a little bit skeptical about whether or not he could deliver the price he suggested listing the property for. He assured me he could and told me he would get it sold for full list price and get it closed within 60 days. The property was under contract within 30 days and closed within 60 days. Based on that experience I recently gave him another assignment on a larger transaction. We were under the gun with our lender and needed a quick sale but didn’t want a “fire sale” price. He completed his analysis and suggested a list price that was very aggressive. He said he could get it sold and closed within 90 days for a price that was far more than we thought possible. The property was under contract within 30 days and closed on an all cash basis 30 days afterwards.
